Claude reads the original and matches it: if they sent 4 lines, you send 4 lines. If they used `Cheers,`, so do you. If they were warm, you're warm; if they were cold, you're polite-but-cold. Most reply prompts produce mismatched emails β too formal, too long, too different in energy. /reply doesn't.
