What changes in Claude's response
Each claim gets a source tag: '[from React 19 release notes]', '[Vue 3 docs]', '[reasoning, not directly cited]'. The third tag is the most useful — it tells you which parts of the answer Claude is confident about vs which parts it's inferring. You can verify the cited stuff and discount the inferred stuff.
